BFK Studio - Cancellation Policy

All payments for services will be due at the end of the studio session. CD production will be done only after your approval of the master. This will include the CD contents, CD Labeling and CD cover artwork.

Studio Sessions	A minimum of 24 hour notice of cancellation is required by the artist/band member or you will be charged a booking fee of $30.00.

Live Recording Sessions	A minimum of 24 hour notice of cancellation is required by the artist/band member or you will be charged a booking fee of $30.00. If the cancellation occurs after the we have arrived at the location to set up, you will be responsible for payment in full for the planned activity.

CD Production

If you commit to having CD copies produced for you, but have not approved the master, you will charged a pre-production fee of $30.00 to cover the cost of graphics production and time spent getting ready for production. If the cancellation occurs after the we have completed the order and are ready for delivery, you will be responsible for payment in full for the production run.
