The musician(s) owns all the music produced by them at the studio. In the case of "covers" of copyrighted works (music written by other musicians), the musician(s) will be responsible for obtaining any required permission to re-publish these works and for the payment of any associated royalties that may be attached to the property. Please refer to the web sites for ASCAP, BMI, etc., that are posted on our links page for more information about royalties and ownership of materials.
B.F.K. Studio will NOT sell any of the music produced but, we reserve the right to place the studio name, email address, phone number and logo on the CD or whatever the final product is produced. Also, we will not share information about you or your project (finished, work-in-progress or otherwise) without explicit permission from you to do so.
